I have learned that location has a lot to do with the quality of Walmart experience.
The Walmarts around Rochester are dirty, disorganized, and staffed by assholes who give no fucks.
When my chick was living way upstate in the Massena area, she made me go to one (since it's the only shopping thing around) and I was amazed at how different it was. It was almost...as good as a Target!
