It kind of cycles. Papa used to be the best of the three. That was like the late 90s. Then hut stepped it up in like 06? Then domino's changed management and got better.
Ceasers is still plastic garbage
I don't think Domino's is great or anything, but they did make a pretty big taste change the last two years
