I must be as cold as ice. I didn't even get choked up. However, that one b/w photo at the end with the girl petting the dog's head on the blanket - yeah, that was me 10 years ago. I think all my tears were shed that night.

I had heard about that. I saw the first picture and said NOPE.
Not at work.
It's hard enough mustering up emotions for the people I know, let alone total strangers.
If anything it reminds me of a similar experience and that memory makes me sad. If it's something less personal and much larger I usually don't feel anything at all, except slightly guilty that everyone else is freaking out and I'm not.

It's crazy because I cried like a little bitch when we put the family cat down a few years ago. Look at pics of the dog and read the words, brain says, "Eh."
