No, he only uses the one not facing the camera in SFII. I'm pretty sure of it. In any event it's better animated in IV.

The game looks alright. I think the backgrounds need a little tweak.. a little more excitement.. something is missing. Maybe some lighting affects or something. I mean this IS next gen, can we make it looks like it?
I can get used to a lot of things, but the characters really look ugly to me. I just can't understand how they decided that Chun Li was acceptable. I mean she's always been dykish but now she's a straight-up dude. Her hands are dsigustingly huge. Ryu looks like the Rock Biter, but with psycho killer eyes.
Gameplay seems kinda slow.. I dunno.
