I'd say CCC2 is worth getting even without the video... it DOES offer a lot of choice classic Capcom arcade games. Quiz and Dragons is really something to see, and there is a special Capcom trivia version of it on the disc, too.

Just don't expect arcade-perfect Super Turbo when you buy it.
