I don't know; I'd rented We are Marshall, on Blu-Ray, and the movie looked like a DVD rip.
I say buyer beware, when it comes to spending the extra cash on HD movies. You'll find that alot of those movies are being presented in MPEG-2, while the top of the line movies are in MPEG-4

The Fifth Element(Remastered) is MPEG-4 and looks as good as any HD movie I've seen.

Kingdom of heaven is mpeg2 and looks great. I usually just check out avs tier thread and some reviews before I purchase something.
