You are right..not the best word to use.
I as well as everyone I know never got the original 360 sent in back but each refurbished 360 received came with a letter that stated that it was a different unit with all my live arcade licenses transfered over. I should have pointed that out. I guess some do get their own unit back but I still would make sure any faceplates and stuff is not sent in. Who knows what they'll do to them at their repair center.

Everyone I know has gotten their own system back. Most of the people here too... I'd say usually is not the right word to use.

Are they getting their system or just their shell back? There's a difference. I've heard reports of all three methods. Sometimes you get both back, sometimes neither and sometimes one or the other.
