Move.
Move.
Or complain about it again.
No, fuck them for being inconsistent with their own criteria. I have several friends I can recommend for XBL, and I've filled out their surveys. Isn't that what they want? Isn't it their promotion? Aren't they offering the points? If you're going to offer free shit for doing things, fucking do it right or don't do it at all.
Please, show me where I've complained about Xbox Live Rewards before.
Netflix, and Live specifically.
Yes, I'll sell my house and move just for Xbox Live.
I've only complained of MS's bullshit policy regarding contests, that's it. The problem with Netflix had nothing to do with MS, and it took some urging from the PR Dept. of Consumer Affairs to make Netflix suddenly learn how to stream movies in the Caribbean.
Until now, I thought that was the only area where MS didn't know what was part of the US and what wasn't. Now I find that the rewards program also has the same policy. Like I said, if MS doesn't want to include me, then fuck them. I've decided not to include them in my purchasing options.
You're a college professor, right? Are you too dense to recognize how rights work? Because that's what's going on. They don't have the rights to stream it. Either get over it or take it.
The power is yours, Melf.
The power is yours!
Maybe you should re-read my post before you comment.
They had rights but just never acted. The PRDOCA threatened to sue them and voila! Streaming is available. They're doing the same thing to Amazon, which suddenly decided that PR isn't part of the US in regards to certain shipping options. After a $500,000 fine, Amazon changed its mind. And Walmart.com "voluntarily" decided to charge the same prices for PR residents as they do for those on the mainland once the DOCA made its announcement. It has nothing to do with rights and everything to do with companies being douches.
