Well fuck. Ok, bulk traffic is taking up pretty much all of the outgoing bandwidth. I have it classified as: TCP/UDP Dst Port: 1024-65535 and it 2-10% outgoing bandwidth. So what the fuck.

WHOO ok all I had to do was give dst ports 3074 TCP/UDP and 88 UDP higher priority.

set up that proxy for ddwrt/tomato that makes all her web traffic goatse (or a jpeg that says "BITCH QUIT USING ALL MY INTERNET SPEEDS")
