That's a LOT of silly comebacks going around recently.

yeah. we tend to sit on our leads and i ALWAYS see it coming. right at the start of the 3rd they turned into "protect the lead" mode and played dump and chase the whole time. we still won, but goddamn if i wasnt on the edge of my seat. we've been successful in our last like 8 games but cant make ground on calgary.

4-8 have a 1 point spread (fuck minnesota and their division "lead" total) but there's 4 points between 8 and 9.

In the last ten games, they've gone from 2 up on NJ to 10 down. That's pretty impressive.

I have not been around TNL for quite a while, but the last time I was here I seem to remember people hate the Minnesota Wild. Or at least it was maybe just Yoshi.

Either way, I throw my hat into the ring as maybe the lone Minnesota Wild backer here.

Currently trailing Calgary 2-1 in the third, not looking good. Mainly because Iginla already scored and the Wilds record against Calgary if Iginla has a goal is like 1-16.

Wild currently lead the Northwest Division by 1 point over Calgary with 73, the last four spots in the Western division all have 72 points...sheesh.

Yeah its great, but sometimes you get jealous seeing teams dominate on offense. You kinda know once we get the lead, Lemaire is going to have the guys start trying to smother the game. Couple Gaborik break aways, or Rolston slap shots break it up enough though.

Im just so scared looking at the standings right now. 9th spot has 68 points, I don't see the Avalanche (9th with 68) or the Coyotes (10th with 67) catching up to us if we do slip up a bit.

Dyne - Its awesome there is a Blackhawks fan on here! If I were a Blackhawks fan I would be really fucking excited for the future. That team has NOWHERE to go but UP. Awesome young players, and sorta new ownership. But I think ANY owner could save that team considering what Dollar Bill did to them for like 30 years.

How I wish we were in that Division with you guys. The Northstars - Blackhawks rivalry was fantastic.
