Either way, I am just shocked at how many stores there are, tiny boutiques and such litter streets for miles in cannes, nice, and paris. I will post some clothing I pick up, but I am trying to limit myself to $600 or so.

Fashion is so varying around the world. Don't you live in New York? It would be less convenient, but you have a virtual cornucopia of fashion going on in that city alone. Fashion in a place like Sydney, Australia is pretty awesome. But a lot of their fashion is for higher end evenings and general nights. During the day apparently most people go beach bum. But for a town based on such a wicked beach you can't blame them. It's interesting how regional style varies so much.
If you aren't going back for years you should make the most of it.
