;__; i'm seriously considering it!
Come to the store. It's worth the flight.
What kind of nightmare are you living in where you'd consider paying $100 for an old punk shirt???
Boo, Hiss.
I'm changing up my style a bit, getting a new hair cut. Rocking out my favorite bands, and getting those tats still.
Got my first pair of raw selvedge denim. They are Naked and Famous brand, weird guy fit, indigo (aka standard jean color). Anyone into raw denim? I've been wearing them all day to start breaking them in.
What is the story on raw denim? Seems that some people think it is the only way to go.
Seems annoying - and more expensive for the privilege.
Boo, Hiss.
You're not to wash them for at least six months (apparently). Bring on that swamp ass.
Yeah, even with a daily shower and underwear change 6 months is a tall order.
Frankly it's already hard enough to find a pair of jeans that fit brilliantly over time without adding new variables. Although if this means the backlash against the retarded wear patterns people have been putting on jeans has begun I'm all for it.
That is sort of the point. The jeans will break in and stretch to your body like a pre-treated pair wont, so they will have a much better fit. The wear marks will be natural and line up on your body with whatever is making them.
Not saying I buy in yet. I've heard the same things as Buttcheeks though, once you use a pair you will never go back. I wasn't happy with my old jeans only lasting 1 to 2 years and these are much tougher. The material is made on old vintage looms with much better construction than typical jeans. I was buying designer jeans for the fit anyway, and at least with these I am getting some quality materials for my money. They sounded interesting so I am testing this pair. (and they look rad)
