It's review time, I hate doing the self-assessment. Wish I would get a call back about the USNA job so I could just forget about this crap.
Also: Yes I have been in contact with the USNA, they just haven't made a decision yet.
They had me do a self assessment once. My boss said I had to rewrite it because I couldn't use the word "awesome."
