I didn't say that. I just think it's worth noting that at least taxes are being put to some good uses in this country. And if you're willing to move to the US over this, then government health care is likely low on your priority list anyway. I'm strongly against the GST, myself. Sales taxes screw over lower and middle class people. I haven't looked into the new taxes that affect small businesses.

Our taxes get used to pay in large part for a global empire and subsidize the militaries of Europe and Canada so they can use their taxes on healthcare. Whether or not that is a good use is up for debate.
