i shit today. it was a brown waterfall that smelled like burnt toast. this disturbed me.

Burnt toast would be quite a step up from some of the shits I've had lately.

So my film teacher decided to throw a twist at us yesterday about our 2nd film projects.

We watched all the dailies in class, and he spilled the beans. We are not editing our own projects, we have no creative control over them from here on out. They are going to be randomly assigned to other memebers in the class for them to edit.

My footage was given to my friend Yuki, so i am pretty confident that hell keep true to what i did, or do something else quite entertaining.

I however, got this other kid name Brian's footage. My opinion on him as a person aside, i have my work cut out for me. Brian has about 30 seconds worth of footage. Of a guy walking across a grass field, 2 shots of the statue of david on campus, one of a guy sitting down, and one of him kicking a can towards the camera (that he thought was empty but ended up pouring soda all over the camera).

After which, his battery for his camera exploded. I have to make a movie out of those shots. Im reviewing the footage right now, ahhhhhhh.

My computer decided to die today. So now I have to go pay some guy to try to retrieve all of the files on the hard drive and buy a new computer with money I don't have. Luckily I have my Wii so I can still browse the internet and such, but I'm worried that all of the files won't be retrievable. Mainly hundreds of pictures of my daughter that can't be replaced Damn computer!

Well how did the computer die? As long as the hard drive didn't crash you should be totally fine to get all of them back. Do you guys have another computer there? if so maybe try and plug that hard drive into it and see if you can get your data off it that way.
