There are bad ideas. Trudeau in Canada publicly shitting on a fair trial in the news (aboriginal kid was shot, judge ruled case out due to situational evidence). That’s bad. It presents the executive house above the judicial, which is a degradation of a check on power. It’s as bad as when Trump did it. People think it’s fine because it’s wearing a cloak of equality. The way to protest a trial verdict is simple: appeal.

Stuff like that is legit. Stuff like preserving marriage? People will choose. They should be able to negotiate that with society.

Those poor kids were just out getting drunk, driving around stealing trucks while armed, when they got a flat tire, and wanted to get some help from a mean old farmer by stealing his truck. They were innocent angels and he murdered one of them.

Alternative law systems is how the whole PayDay Loans scam racket that causes undue harm to tens of thousands of people came to pass. Turns out Indigenous people can be assholes too. Check out Dirty Money on Netflix (episode 2 I think) for the rundown. Trudeau is such a shallow POS. Anything for a cheer from his fanbase. You can tell he truly feels he's doing the lawds work (or whatever his equivalency of that is).

Yes, but almost everyone talking about social degredation is one of the shitty people popping out the kids. They aren't talking about themselves. They're talking about gays, trans, progressives, brown people etc.

No one talking about "social decline" is actually talking about stupid shitty people having too many shitty horrible children.

Because too many children isn’t what social decay means to people. Social decay to me means a degradation of systems (like law) that are the main drivers behind the west being so productive. Jimmy G Joe-Bob having 10 kids and them shopping at Walmart doesn’t really hurt society that much so long as the parents stick around to provide.

As society and women specifically have access to education birth rates plummet. Pretty soon Jimmy G Joe-Bob and his litter are helping ease that problem not hindering.

A guy wants to trade his Double Dragon cabinet for my Dreamcast Kiosk.
There are pros and cons. I don't know what to do. What it really boils down to is this an equitable trade in the long run? I don't want to look back in 5 years and lament I traded a $2000 kiosk for a $400 cabinet. Not expecting anyone to know the future, just advice from someone that isn't as emotionally involved with either item. Double Dragon was one of the first arcade games I remember really falling in love with. I was one of the first people to beat it with one quarter at the local pizza shop. On the other hand, I've detailed what a pain in the ass the kiosk has been. I took the back off like someone (kedawa?) suggested and that seemed to help the airflow problem, so I'm not burning Dreamcasts out as quickly, but they're still getting cooked.
Why didn't I just go get one of Josh's when I had the chance?!
