It seems our so-called east-coast blizzard has fallen far, far short of the "biggest snowpocalypse ever" it was predicted (read as: grossly hyped up) to be. The media hyperbole train was out of control on this one.

Even in MD we were supposed to get at least a decent amount and there wasn't shit on the roads at all. Jokes.
Well, I'm glad you all aren't dead.
The over hyping is annoying as hell, seems to happen at least 1 or 2 each winter now. Though they closed work last night at like 10 pm, and just said fuck it we're staying closed.
The thing that bugs me is that if, for example, I went on TWC's website, and it showed basically the right pattern. I mean, here, a foot of snow over a two day period is not that big of a deal.
But on the front page it was saying that it was going to be a winter apocalypse. That's what is annoying. They need ratings I guess.
