Studies have been done that show the majority of traffic congestion and problems stem from a few drivers doing under the speed limit, or being overly aggressive on their brakes. A lot of our current speed limits aren't based on "safest speed" or anything of that sort, their just arbitrary numbers that people went with. Speed limits need a revisiting, not just for their number value but also who cops target.

No, that is not what flushable means. Think about the word. Flush able. It is something that you are able to flush.

They are not biodegradable in the sewer. That isn't the same thing.
