I've not heard the greatest things about ESPN leagues either. I didn't know Yahoo doesn't do keepers.
Doing it the same way as last year w/Yahoo is perfectly fine with me.

I was in a CBS Sportsline league last year as well, it wasn't bad, although by default it's a weekly league.
Whatever you guys decide is fine as long as the draft isn't during business hours.
