I wish there more games as bad as Phantasy Star Online. Lord knows how many 100s of hours I sank into that game, and loved every minute of it. Most games now don't hold my attention for more than a couple of hours.

Point me to an MMO where I can run around worlds and attack creatures in real-time with combos and whatnot instead of just pointing and clicking on stuff.

I can't stand the way PS0 has to load each individual room separately. It kills the immersion (already hampered by this being on the DS) when it fades out every time you cross a room threshold. It makes the game feel far more like what it really is - a series of randomly connected rooms - than a cohesive world (or even dungeon) to explore.
