I suspect my brain is broken too... or maybe I just can't deal, anyway I got RX'd for some non-narcotic anti-anxiety stuff. I guess I'll be taking whenever I get stuck in a room with some "elder" talking to and examining me.
It's more the type of exercise than just exercising. With jiu jitsu (and certain other activities of course) there is a mind/body thing going on that most people never experience in their whole lives. I've seen people with broken brains make loads of improvement and some have even gotten at least partially off their meds with good results.
