I've searched everywhere for months and I can't find this album anywhere. The album is by a group called Deavid Soul and is titled Sparkling Music. It features a lot of music that was used in Jet Set Radio. The only place I've found it is used at amazon.co.jp but, unfortunately, the sellers who were listed don't ship to the US. If anyone has a copy of this and would be willing to part with it for a significant sum of money, please let me know.
