1st owner: Owner bought cab for too much, wife made him get rid of it so he made up the story.

2nd owner: Cab in shitty condition but got suckered, that's why it's outside, using story to sell poor condition cab.

A logical explanation for everything.

He's not selling it; he's giving it away.

He should donate it to a catholic orphanage.
