  5. I really did like Interplay as a publisher, but a lot of their success stemmed from their close relationships with a lot of ace developers, many of which no longer exist, so I'm not sure if this new Interplay would really be the same thing.

    This is true. And on that note, I finally bought Planescape Torment today. I did borrow it back when it came out but never owned it so I'm pretty excited to play this amazing game again.
