I would think most people who post hear would know this but Saturday May 3rd is Free Comic Book Day. You can stop into a local (participating) comic book store and score a free comic or two.

I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me.
I'm working this year, but I will find a way to make my annual trip to all of the area comic shops.
I need to move fast. I'm off on the 2nd though, maybe I can get most of it done then.

One's a collection of EC Comics reprints. Fucking win.
The good news is, I got most of the move done yesterday. The bad news is, I still have knick knacks to get back from my old house.
Better news - I have a shelf now for all of my trades.
I hope you didn't have to move because of a breakup.

Also, Free Comic Book Day was a disappointment. I got no interesting freebies, my comic shop's annual sale of old, awful comics was absent, there was NOTHING for sale outside of Superhero stuff, AND, to round out the terrible, they were holding a MAGIC DRAFT TOURNAMENT the whole time.
Feh.
