  1. The Windows Worldwide Telescope beta has begun

    From the WorldWideTelescope website:
    "Want to see the same images that scientists at NASA use for their research or perform your own research with those images? Or do you want to see the Earth from the same perspective that astronauts see as they descend to Earth? How about taking a 5 minute break and viewing a panorama of a different city? Install WWT and start your explorations."


    seems a little slow to load the images but pretty neat for what it is.

  3. Looks pretty sweet.... I'll have to check it out.

  4. I've only played with it briefly, but I like the interface and it's definitely prettier than Google Earth.

    Has anyone else noticed the planets jiggling around a bit?
