This is certainly god awful and sounds like a middle school Shakespeare production (and just as embarrassing) but, I seem to remember Magna Carta being worse (though Magna Carta has the excuse of being in production for US release during a voice actor strike). At least these assholes are consistent in their terribilitude.
Magna Carta on the other hand was just painful; painful beyond embarrassment. It was as if each word was given to the VAs and read separately. Then each word given it's own inflection, pace, tone and cadence. I recall a sentence delivered early on in the game that dribbled out of the VAs mouth like slow and excruciating diarrhea. It should have been an exclamation of anger, and and sputtered out oscillating between anger, hope, and dead pan apathy, finally ending as a question. Far and away, MC has the worst I've ever heard.
