Which means I have a legal marriage (that texas won't recognize) that I'll have to get divorced from her some in someplace that recognizes same sex divorce (not texas). With none of the healthcare, tax, community property dealies or other legal benefits of being married from my job, the state or the feds. And we still would have to file taxes seperately.
