The guy really needs to fix Samus. Tapping down just once puts her into ball mode, rather than once to crouch, twice to ball - in fact there's no way to make her crouch at all. And no crouch means no shooting while crouched, which means her gun is all but useless.
But apart from that little nit, yeah, this is pretty awesome. Which means Nintendo will surely have it taken down. Which means it's a good thing I saved it. Unfortunately it's too big to attach; if it does get taken down I can put it on rapidshare or whatever if anybody wants.

Nit #2: The buttons are reversed. Jump always needs to be to the right of Action. Why do people keep messing that up?
