  3. parkfield classic 2008 resulted in two awesome bike videos and one severly destroyed truck. my buddy jeff (the filmmaker) won pro mens downhill, my buddy erik made the mistake of 4wheeling drunk at midnight and is lucky to be alive.

    Yesterday and today I greased my chain, added air to my tires, and tightened/realigned my brakes, and it feels so much better. Sometimes the small (free) adjustments can make a big difference.

    just 20 minutes ago, climbing a dirt hill my rear derailleur skipped, sending my left knee into the gear shifter. It hurt so fuckin' bad.

    I'm going for the full $40 shop tune-up tomorrow.
