Thread: DivX Format - What To Do?

  1. DivX Format - What To Do?

I have files for an old Halloween cartoon called "The Halloween Tree" that after extracting makes a divx file. What exactly do I have to do to be able to watch this? Sorry for the totally noob question I just don't ever mess with this stuff but I really wanted to see/show this cartoon to my kids and it is only available on VHS and I don't even own a VCR anymore. Sorry if this is the wrong place for this, feel free to move it.

Did you even try googling "divx player" before you made this thread in the wrong place?

    Thanks.

  8. Your best option is to find a way to convert it into Real Media format. That is probably the most supported video format out there, and your best bet for being able to view the video again on future devices / applications.
