Most companies are good about refunding/sending another one out. I prefer to pick it up myself too, I was lucky to find a store here that sells that TV.

The thing is, my last lcd came from them no problem. I was at work so I had to have my mom at my place to receive it. The actual box had no damage what-so-ever. They're giving me a full refund as soon as the old one is picked up plus a $150 credit so I'd like to stay there if I could. And all I see is that they have the 550 in stock. Also seems all they have as far as plasmas is Panasonics and I've never really looked into them before. I can't get above a 50".
The 650 is back in stock at Newegg. Now to hope they stay in stock by the time my set is picked up.
