I don't much care for KQF outside of its admittedly rad soundtrack. Aside from that, I agree with pretty much everything that's been posted except for the Wizards & Warriors games. They were never good.

I haven't played StarTropics recently but it was cool back then.

It somehow got even better, though I'm afraid I can not offer an explanation for this.

A few that I don't think I've seen posted:

Bad News Baseball : Arguably better than Bases Loaded 2 and Baseball Stars, definitely better than R.B.I. and shitty, overrated Base Wars. Awesome anime cutscenes feat. Mr T!

Gremlins 2 : Best movie licensed game ever.

Yoshi: The self-titled joint. Not Cookie.

GUNPEI YOKOI AND NINTENDO R&D1 ARE THE BEST DEVELOPERS OF ALL TIME:

Balloon Fight
Clu Clu Land
Wrecking Crew
Kid Icarus
Gumshoe
Pinball - I think this was R&D1, it certainly has that R&D1 flavor. Either way, it's awesome.

How were the other consoles supposed to compete with a machine that could play Metal Storm, Balloon Fight, and StarTropics? That's not fair to them. That's not fair to me.

Tetris was a really neat puzzle game on the NES, you should really look into that one.

Elite had a badass port on NES. A shame that it will only work properly on a PAL NES.
Speaking of European exclusives, Super Turrican is pretty awesome too.

Where's the love for Tiger Heli?

I was a fan of this but Tain doesn't want arcade ports mentioned (although I listed some I think are better on NES or have something different to offer).

I found out the hard way that Tiger Heli never actually ends, my like for the game disappeared. It loops like an Atari 2600 game.
