Tron was good flick. I don't get erections over it like you guys seem to, but it was pretty neat at the time it was released.
A sequel could be cool- I always love it when they make suprise sequels to movies years after the fact, like Aliens.

Tron's a good movie to take an afternoon nap to on a Sunday. Gets really, really draggy during the non-CG sequences.

The non-CG sections were fucking awful.
