The first time I tried to pronounce gnocchi was pathetic. Guh-nocky? G-nochy?
And bad gnocchi is like eating goopy sacs of flour.

I made some excellent tacos last night. I diced up some potato and fried it up for about 5 mins until it was golden brown. I then added some diced jalapeno and lean ground beef. After that was browned I added cumin, paprika, garlic powder, s&p and a can of roasted diced tomatoes. I let that cook until the juice reduced and good lord it was tasty with some cilantro, cheese and sour cream. I suspect it will taste even better tonight as leftovers.
I had leftover mashed potatoes from last night, so I thought it was perfect timing to try the gnocchi animegirl posted. For such a damn simple thing, it's quite tasty. Definitely going to make these again when I'm in a pinch on available food.![]()
I pronounce Taco wrong and think it's funny.
Quesadilla, too, probably.

Looks good, hope you liked the sauce. In retrospective, looking at the recipe I gave you, I don't think I was thinking clearly about how much liquid there would be in a can of tomatoes. It isn't really supposed to get really thick or anything, but you probably had much more liquid in your pot then I imagined in my head.
Speaking of tacos, I made some this weekend from these awesome pork steaks that cost like $2 and some tomatillo guacamole.
I think so; she liked it enough, I felt there was a little too much vinegar that maybe I should have done about 3/4ths a cup instead of a full cup of red wine vinegar, but hey, hindsight. I have it in a jar right beside me haha Not sure of anything I want to use it for.
