I've really only used cumin when I'm making curry, or something along those lines. For this, it is wonderful. It also kind of smells like armpits.
Oh I like cilantro, but I want my mole to be creamy not leafy. Cumin is in other Mexican food. I just can't name anything at the moment.

Really? My armpits smell like sunshine.

Cumin is very good in burritos.
I throw it in everything though.
Cumin really does smell pretty bad. Good thing it tastes nothing like it smells and generally goes into things that smell stronger than it (see curry/tacos/etc).
I love the way cumin smells.
I have bad blood with cilantro, it overpowers every other flavor.
