Why does your rice look like mashed potatoes? Looks pretty good, though.

Chicken looks tasty! I found some buffalo chicken sausage, I think I am going to make some pizza with it. I also made some mustard glazed swordfish with a side of roasted asparagus topped with a bit of asiago cheese a couple of nights ago. It was quite yummy.

Ugh, I just took the apple crisp out of the oven that I was baking, and it was in for a few minutes too long. Brown on top instead of golden-brown. Just a few shades shy of burnt.

I would be inclined to try a mint and pancetta cream sauce to go with that. I think a side of crostini or plain bread and goat cheese would work really well with it, too.
