eh "southern" style is a sometimes food. It isn't practical to always cook something (that should be healthy) in butter or pork.

My girlfriend gave me the American Culinary Institutes giant tome a couple of years ago for Christmas and I have just sort of stared at it in quiet intimidation ever since.
