Went there friday. Southern + asian was actually really good. I had some catfish sushi that was amazing.
Its nice to see that southern staples can be cooked in healthier ways (you know, not frying them).
I'll look that over later tonight, but it looks interesting.
I made a meat sauce tonight with chorizo instead of ground beef. A touch of cream, a little sherry vin, pinch of thyme, salt, and smoked paprika. At the very end I put an egg yolk in it (just the yolk) and swirled it all around till it was blended. Rigatoni pasta. Y'all don't deserve this dish. It might have been the best pasta dish I've ever had anywhere.

How did you keep the chorizo from overpowering the sauce?
1 link of chorizo to 1 can of crushed tomato.

My roommate is going to Cornell for a Masters in Chemistry and Environmental science. Why is this here? He is buying a Chemical Distiller. We are planning on extracting essential oils from a variety of things.
