So I just made some Nacho Cheese filled dried ravioli's. I am inpressed how good they are. By made I mean took them out of the freezer and put them on a baking sheet for 15 minutes.

Jonas made beef wellington last weekend, which is a roast rolled in a pastry outside coated in mushroom paste and mustard. (and some other spices, I smelled rosemary in the kitchen) This was the best beef dish I have ever had. The pastry part was delicious but the meat was perfectly cooked. It still had body to it (not fall apart messy) but it was moist and extremely tender.

I want to try and cook it on my own. Fucker probably didn't write down the recipe. He rarely does. Just goes off and does stuff for shits.

Ranch is in the same flavour region at garlic / blue cheese / earthy. A classic combo with wings is blue cheese dip. Not a stretch by any means. She lost me at fries and quesadilla's, though.

Sometimes when I make quesadillas, I mix together sour cream, green chile sauce and some ranch. It's an awesome dipping sauce. Shit, I thought everybody ate ranch and fries!
