Why Is Facebook's Interface So Shit?

Little by little and slowly but surely, Facebook is taking over the world. "1984" tried to make us think that people turning against rampant capitalism would allow a totalitarian entity to step in to control their lives. Facebook will show that it is a capitalist entity that will swallow us whole.

Facebook will acquire all of them. Mark Zuckerberg will make you all wear hoodies with a picture of his face on the back.

I've had the pleasure of trying to deal with Facebook support after a login stopped working... There is literally the poorly laid out online guides and buried somewhere you can email a short description of your problem with a screenshot. They tell you up front they may not respond. Three emails and three weeks later, still no contact with a living being there. Is all social media like this these days? It sickens me to think how people can create business pages on a site like Facebook and then get screwed over because they can't get technical assistance, while Facebook takes billions to the bank.
