One of my buddies picked it up at a book signing, I've been waitin' to hear back on it.
I know we have a bunch of animators here so was looking to see if anyone else got this. I'm like a 3rd of the way through it now and like it alot. Its a good book along side Richard Williams'. Eric kind of goes into some of the technical stuff a bit more, and also touches more on stuff like composition and such. Figured I'd see if anyone else picked it up.
I tell you I like it more and more as I read it. It doesn't go as indepth in most stuff as Richard's book, but it seems Eric explains some things a bit better. Or at least I understand them better from reading his book. I don't know if its just the fact that I've animated alot more since reading Richards book and I just understand more in general or if its because Eric explains things better, but more stuff seems to click for me as I read it.
