Could be because I'm a huge fan of Gunvalkyrie, but that is some very nice fanart there. Great pose and I really dig the shadow effect. Only minor quips would be it's hard to see the outline of the gun because of all the greys and I liked her v2 suit better.
It has no other fault as far as I can see. It looks a bit Shirow-like in style, though that could just be because of mecha somehow makes look everything like Shirow's work...
