Domain help

So I checked one of my old email address last night to find an email from someone who is like your Domain is down, do you need help to pay for it. SHIT!

So this was a mess last year as I switched hosts and then the renewal came up but it was still part of my old host's package. I had to call them to get them to renew it but I was driving to Florida at the time. Somehow it got worked out.

Now I need to renew it again and I find the whois and it's taken care of under http://www.internetnamesforbusiness.com/ but I don't have account information. I sent them 2 emails last night and I called today. They have no one who can take my call, and I can't leave a message because the mailbox is full. OMG WTF? I've sent two more emails, but nothing back from them.

Is there some way I can circumvent them and renew my domain name myself though someone else?

Sounds like a squatter might have grabbed it when it lapsed to me.
