All I remember him telling me at the time was that it was "Girl Trouble."

The extreme sort I figured. I lit a cigarette and asked the poor sap if I could help. He looked me in the eyes with an expression that read, "I'm supposed to be executed at 1:29 today, and I just saw its 1:28," and I knew right then and there he was cooked. He put on his coat and left my office in a slow, methodical lumber. As I took a breath of my cigarette I asked him if I should try to find him if shit hits the fan. He turned around and said, "Kid if you can find me you go right ahead and let me know where I've been all these years..."

Never saw him again after that.
