Even if TNL was around in 1992, Dragon Warrior IV was kind of archaic compared to other RPGs on the market like Final Fantasy II for SNES.
Brothers in Arms: Hell's Highway [PS3, 360, PC]
Crysis Warhead [PC]
Dragon Quest IV: Chapters of the Chosen [DS]
Mega Man 9 [PSN, XBLA, Wii Ware]
Rock Band 2 [360]
Spore [PC]
Infinite Undiscovery [360]
Wario Land: Shake It! [Wii]
WipEout HD [PSN]
Yakuza 2 [PS2]
Crysis is pretty much the only demanding game I played since upgrading my PC last Christmas, so I should probably at least check out Warhead. I liked the first half of Crysis a lot more than the latter (although I appreciated them attempting to mix it up, I was really hoping for a way rad return to the open-ended jungle gameplay of the first half, and never got it. Well, maybe it's here now.)
I'd still like to check out Spore, but making a house in The Sims has always been 10x more interesting to me than the actual gameplay of The Sims. I have a feeling I might feel similarly about Spore and it's creature creator just based on what people tell me. I guess it's probably worth a look though.
I'd love to play Rock Band 2; I'm a huge fan of the first. It's probably my favorite multiplayer game ever. RB2 doesn't look that *different*, though, so it's kind of a pick-it-up-whenever thing for me. We've already downloaded a ton of content and I'm not really that familiar with many of the RB2 tracks, so it can wait. Living in a house of seven dudes right now means our RB set has taken a beating (two busted kick pedals, one drumpad, and our guitar strumbar is goofy) means we haven't really been playing it as much lately.
Might rent Wario Land; not really expecting to blow a load over it.
However, I have soiled myself a little over MM9. I just love it.

Smash Bros Brawl is archaic compared to its contemporaries, too. Didn't stop that piece of shit from being GotM.
Don't hate.

It's not the price. It's that I already own a Mega Man compilation with 4-6 having been barely been touched.
