He's a rebel leader in Uganda that steals children and makes them fight in his army. He's like number 1 most wanted in some international world crime list but no one knows who he is because no one cares about Uganda. The US wouldn't help since there was no political interest whatsoever until some rich white kids started up a movement. The US sent some military advisers over and they still can't catch him. They're thinking about pulling out, so this is going on now.

A girl in my office (she's from Africa) is pissed because people only started to give a shit about this guy now that some guy made a fancy, American-made video about this. He's been killing people for years and no one cared.

I have not seen the video and don't plan on seeing the video. I kind of don't feel like getting into long-winded discussions about this. I'm not sure why?
