I'm trying to help out a friend with her computer, and that's the message we keep getting when trying to connect to the itunes store. Just completely uninstalled and reinstalled itunes and it's still happening. We're direct connected (no router) and I followed all the troubleshooting stuff. HELP!

Working now? Itunes has been crapping out like that a lot lately. I just tried to check my DL's via itunes and it worked.
Wish I could help more but I'm still trying to get my Apple TV to work, it's giving me problems along the same lines (or giving the 'not authorized to play this' despite reinstalling itunes on both PC and re-speccing the ATV).
