Thread: The Indie Rock Thread!

  1. The new Ozma album delivers. Track 5, "heartache vs heartbreak," is among the best songs they've ever recorded. I strongly recommend this album not only to indy rock fans, but to anyone who likes pleasure.

    Arctic Monkeys are nowt but a half-arsed Libertines ripoff. Some of their songs are pretty catchy, but I never found anything else there. Just indicative of the dumbing down of UK indiepop, imo.

    The Fratellis sound like almost every other indie band around at the moment, too. I just find them all so, so dull.

    And yeah, What It Is To Burn was great, to bad their later albums weren't as good.
