Best spells are Shadow and Water. You get Soul Steal which is spammable and heals you in combat, Dark Metamorphosis which makes the blood blocks drop more often for like 10 secs and gets you out of any tough spot quickly, Time Freeze which sucks, but then you get Blizzard so the enemies only get inactive blocks for a few turns. Big combo + Blizzard means dead everything.

WTF! well....i've still got awhile to go....I still wish an "actual" castlevania game would be released in the iphone....but whatever.

I have an obscene amount of games on my phone, almost an entire screen of full folders. All are pretty great IMO and worth checking out if you like the genre. Attached dumps of all my game folders.
